R21 Corridor Welcomes Latest Business Park Development
The R21 Corridor, which runs along the Albertina Sisulu Highway (R21) between Pretoria and O.R. Tambo Airport, has established itself as Gauteng’s premier hub for logistics and distribution companies. Over time, several business parks have emerged along this strategic route, with the latest addition being Rietvlei Business Park, situated in the Irene/Rietvlei Dam area.
According to Org Geldenhuys, Director of Abacus DIVISIONS - a commercial property broking firm specializing in industrial property - major industry players continue to dominate developments along this corridor.
"In the Kempton Park/Pomona area, you will find the Plumbago Business park and other similar developments, housing major distribution centres such as DHL, John Deere and Takealot.
